What is FUOTUOKE Post-UTME?

FUOTUOKE Post-UTME is the screening examination organized by FUOTUOKE for candidates seeking admission into various undergraduate courses. It tests students’ knowledge in their UTME subject combinations to determine their readiness for their chosen courses. The Post-UTME is part of the admission process and is mandatory for eligible candidates.

What is FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Form?

FUOTUOKE Post-UTME form is an online application form released by the university to invite candidates to register for their screening examination. The form allows candidates to input their JAMB and personal details, upload required documents, and pay the screening fee to participate in the admission screening exercise for the academic year. ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATION

The following categories of JAMB UTME candidates are eligible to apply

  • a. Candidates who selected the Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and chose any of the programmes listed in 9. below and scored a minimum of 150
  • b. Interested candidates who did not choose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice but wish to study in Federal University Otuoke and scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME.
  • Candidates in the second category 1(b) above, must do a Change of Institution to Federal University Otuoke via JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) and choose any of the approved programmes

METHOD OF APPLICATION

  • Visit Applications at https://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng for the online application.
  • Candidates are to make a Non-refundable payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, using an Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit Bank cards for the application form.
  • Candidates are to read these instructions completely before applying.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

Candidates are required to upload the following documents:

  • Digital Passport-size photograph (in JPG format)
  • Scanned copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ level result (in PDF format)
  • Scanned copy of LGA identification letter (in PDF format)
  • Scanned copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (in PDF format)

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

  • a. Use digital passport photograph (in JPG format)
  • b. Submit a valid email address and personal phone number in your application
  • c. Upload your O’ Level Result(s) scratch card information. For candidates combining two O’ Level Results, both scratch card information should be uploaded accordingly.

DATE OF POST-UTME SCREENING EXERCISE

DISQUALIFICATION

CANDIDATES WHOSE O’LEVEL RESULTS ARE NOT UPLOADED ON JAMB CAPS, OR WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES, ORDINARY LEVEL RESULT GRADES (WAEC, NECO OR NABTEB) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
