- Candidates who did not initially choose College of Nursing Sciences, UITH, Ilorin as their first choice institution are required to carry out a Change of Institution at any accredited JAMB CBT centre.
- Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes in:

- Mathematics

- Chemistry
- Biology
These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
- NABTEB result is accepted but cannot be combined with any other O’Level result.
